Liz has always been passionate about food and healthy eating, leading her to study a 4 year degree course at the University of Surrey where she was awarded a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Liz is passionate about her work in this field and currently works at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital as a Dietitian where she advises patients on diet and lifestyle on a daily basis. Liz helps manage ‘MEND’ (Mind Exercise Nutrition Do It) - a childhood obesity group.  She also assists with the running of the hospital weight loss group.

Like most people, Liz in the past has tried a number of fad diets and always found them to be unsustainable, putting any weight loss back on. Evidence shows that the only way to lose weight and to keep it off is to make lifestyle changes in both diet and exercise.

Liz welcomes you to Bootcamp Beach where she will lead an interactive workshop focussing on a healthy believes in practising what she preaches and loves cooking healthy, tasty meals and keeping active outdoors. balanced diet.  She will provide you with the knowledge and tools to make positive and realistic changes to your lifestyle.

• Team manager of MEND (Mind Exercise Nutrition Do It) – a childhood obesity group

• Assists with the running of a local weight loss group, ‘WAG’ Weight Awareness Group
